Syl’s Delights, LLC is a delightful kitchen located in the city of Harrisonburg. We create custom confectionery for any occasion. Syl’s Delights, LLC has a very diverse background because of this we are able to offer you sweets you normally won’t find in Harrisonburg!  We have a little bit of American, Dutch, Surinamese, Javaans and Indian in us. A unique mix you won’t want to miss! Keep an eye out at local festivals! We bring you unique appetizers and desserts to enjoy….

Syl’s Delights, LLC operates in a State inspected licensed kitchen, we carefully select high quality products to bake with. All our products are Halal and 100% free of alcohol, animal byproducts and additives. (Except marshmallow pops and RKT, made with halal gelatin) Our promise to you is we don’t feed you what we don’t eat ourselves! By placing your order you have agreed to have read our disclaimer and not hold Syl’s Delights, LLC liable for any mishaps caused by consuming any of our products.

Most products are listed by the dozen, with the exception of a few. Even though we accept last minute orders, we do prefer a two week notice for themes we have listed. Custom creations need a 3-4 week notice to assure we can deliver to you!

*Locals to Harrisonburg please place orders ahead of time to avoid disappointment! Without payment we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to fit you in even if we’ve discussed your order ahead of time. All payments are due 2 weeks before your scheduled event. A full payment is due immediately for last minute requests. You can pay for your order up to 5 weeks ahead of time, this guarantees your slot for that day unless we communicate with you regarding our full schedule. We understand unexpected life events happen, in case you need to cancel you have a 96 hrs. (4-day) window to receive a full refund or ASAP. Cancelling 48-24 hr. will cost you 50% of the total order amount, as all sweets need preparation time ahead of your event. No shows mean you have lost your payments and have 24 hrs. to pick up your products. Just to make sure we’ve established an understanding: if you haven’t made a payment, you haven’t placed an order. Thank you!

*For my dear clients outside of Harrisonburg VA, we’re sorry we do not cancel online orders. You may however reschedule to a later date free of charge, 2 week notice needed as we process and ship prior to your event date.

*While we take great care in packaging each order, we cannot be held responsible for damage / delay of your package while in transit. We try our best to send you a picture of your proof so you can see your order left in good state. If packages are heavily damaged while in transit contact us immediately and we will try to sort something out. Thank you!

*We ship using the large priority flat rate box for most orders. We understand this is a little higher in price, however we pack your sweets up with enough protection for them to make it whole to you. It is definitely worth the few extra bucks having sweets that are hardly damaged during transit. TO MAKE UP FOR THE EXTRA COST WE PUT A FEW EXTRAS IN FOR DAMAGE CONTROL.

All chocolate used in our products come from a nut processing factory. Please only serve heavy embellished treats to children old enough to bite on candy, we are not responsible for any accidents caused by the candy and or cakepop sticks. All our sweets are prepared 100% Halal not containing any alcohol, animal additives and byproducts (except Halal gelatin in RKT and Marshmallow pops).
